commmunication

So, Ive been looking over the site and trying to get used to it and there are a few things that i think could be a bit simpler. Such as messaging between members. I think all members should be able to easily contact one another. Maybe like a list of all members and there emails or if we are able to some how talk within the site would be even better. Also i think once you've logged in you should be able to receive messages and see who wants to hire you for what job and from there we can accept or deny the offer. Just some ideas, let me know what you think. Great job so far, keep up the good work.
