Carter Anderson was already paid in cash for a job that was unfinished

Carter Anderson was paid 1200 dollars in cash for a job that was not even close to completed. I can document that he overcharged for his services on money he has already received. It is outlandish that he is posting that he is owed richours. The little work that was done is falling apart. A week after he stopped working the insulation that was put up with Duct tape started falling from the ceiling now there is fiberglass insulation that falls like snow from the insulation that has not already fallen down. I have let Ed and Kristina know about further details and I am prepared to bring in witnesses and welcome people to look at the charges Carter has made and the site of the work.
